NEW GIVING PLATFORM EFFECTIVE 1/1/2021

Beginning on January 1, 2021, please use our new online giving platform  from ChurchCenter. This is the same site and login profile you may already be using for Sunday Worship registrations.


The ChurchCenter site allows several methods of payment.

Website: Credit & debit cards, bank account transfer.

Mobile iOS or Android app: Credit & debit cards, bank account transfer.

Text Messaging: Credit & debit cards, bank account transfer.


Our existing online giving provider, Clover, will be discontinued on December 31, 2020.


Important note: if you currently have automatic recurring payments through Clover, please go to Clover and discontinue them by the end of the year. In the new year, you can start recurring payments on ChurchCenter.

What is Online Giving?

Online giving is an alternate way for you to make your contributions to Living Hope Bible Church through the church’s website. LHBC has the option of online giving via credit card or bank account transfer (ACH) for both one-time and recurring giving.


Is Online Giving safe?

Yes, online giving is one of the safest ways to give (many safety protocols are in place to protect shared account information). You have the option of saving your account information for future transactions. 


How does Online Giving work?

Once you choose to give online, you will need to complete a few steps: selecting the aount to give and how you will give (Credit Card or Bank transfer "ACH"). Once you enter your account informtion and authorize the transaction, your specified amount will be transferred directly from your account to the church's acount.


Will I pay any additional fees if I use Online Giving?

No, you will not be charged online transaction fee. However, LHBC will pay the ACH / credit card transaction fee. 


When will the amount be deducted from my account?

The transaction can take as much as 2 to 3 business days from the time the transaction was authorized. If you set up recurring giving, you can specify the date the transaction should be processed.


Will I get a statement of all my online transactions?

Yes. LHBC will send you an annual statement with both your online and in-person giving information. You will get an email receipt for each of your online transactions.


Can I review all of my donations online, including what I gave at church?

No. The only transactions you can view online are the ones that were completed online. Please email the Finance Team for questions.


Can anyone who works at the church see my account info?

No. Your account and information is secure and cannot be accessed. LHBC Finance Team members can only view giving history.


What if I forget my account password?

If you forget your password, click on the “Forgot password?” link at the bottom of the Sign-in screen. You can then enter your email address, and you will be prompted to reset your account password. 


How do I change bank accounts?

You can update your bank information when you complete your next online giving transaction. Or, you can sign in to your account, click Manage Your Account and update your bank account details under the “Your Information” section. 


Can I set up to give automatically on a periodic basis?

You can choose to have your recurring giving set up on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly schedule. You also have the option to set up an end date for your automatic recurring transactions.
