Mask mandate lifting

Your Elders have been praying and discussing at length how we as a church body should respond to public health orders. We realize there are different perspectives, and it's been weary for all. We desire that we all, as a unified body, keep our focus on Christ and remember that it is our Sovereign God who is in control. On February 28, 2022, Gov. Inslee announced the lifting of indoor mask requirements starting on March 12, and on that date, LHBC will be a mask-optional campus. The exception is the Fellowship Hall during worship service (from 10:30 am to the end of worship service), where masks will still be required for the time being. The Elders will communicate to the congregation at least two weeks before any change to the Fellowship Hall policies. The first worship service where this applies is Sunday, March 13.

Again, your Elders have prayed through this decision, have been diligent with evaluating how to respond, and pray that you will understand and remain in unity. Please contact elders@livinghopebible.org with any questions.
